They always did and they always have been explaining you about the perks of reading, the advantages, the ways in which it can help you in life and different journeys but have given up.
7. People get surprised when you know about book facts, stories and authors.
If I don’t read it, it doesn’t mean you don’t know things at all. You make sure you atleast know the plots and the stories and the authors of the few good ones. You even try reading them even though at a slow pace, but you do try.

While the non-readers sometimes just like comics or sometimes like shorter novels or even a certain genre they always swear by. The faith in you is restored when you talk about these genres.
