9.Mukurthi National Park
The Mukurthi national park is found within the Nilgiris District of state, the south japanese corner of the Nilgiris upland. It is also home to endangered species like Royal Bengal Tiger, Bonhote’s Mouse, Nilgir Marten, Nilgiri Langur and Asian Elephant.
10. Buxa Tiger Reserve
Buxa Tiger Reserve (B.T.R.) founded in 1983, is located in Alipurduar Sub-division of Jalpaiguri District, West Bengal. Other than the tigers, elephant, pig, red jungle fowl, civet etc are also found in the national park.
