6. Help her out when she’s stressed.
She’s in college – she’s going to be stressed about submissions, grades, her future and numerous other things. Let her know that you’re there for her if she needs. If she feels like she can depend on you, she’ll automatically start to appreciate you and what you do for her.
7. Give her personal space.
Don’t smother her. While it is good to be there for her when she needs you, you should also know that sometimes she wants to be alone, and needs her own space. She’ll also appreciate you if you know when she needs that, and you give it to her.
