Place your forehead on a soft mat. Part your thighs slightly to let your belly adjust in between and hold this position for 3-5 minutes. Softly close your eyes and concentrate on the space behind the forehead. While doing this asan or posture you might experience a rush of emotions. Try to witness them in a calm manner. It’s okay to feel the pain but know that emotions are brief and your heart will heal in time.
