Are you angry? Or are you exhausted? Is something making you jealous or are you confused? Once you know how you feel, you will also know how to act upon it.
4. Figure out if you can change the situation or if it’s out of your hands?
When you figure this out, it will solve half of your problem. If the root cause of the problem is you, then you can change yourself. If it’s not, you really can’t do much about it. And when you can’t do much about it, then you must let go.
