A morning yoga session or a few minutes of meditation just before sleep can help to relax your mind and muscles from all the tension that built up during the day.
Start taking care of yourself – eat healthier, exercise and sleep better and it will eventually show results in your work and relationships.
5. Work on yourself.
I think the best project we will ever work on is ourselves.
Whether it is attending that art of living sessions or bettering our communication skills or learning to cook, do it for yourself. It will not only give you a sense of confidence but will also help you to tackle a lot of day-to-day stress better.
