6. Get on a detox – from negativity!
The eye is the lamp of the body. What we see, hear, feel on a daily basis and our actions/behavior are correlated. If you are surrounded by negativity, that is how you end up feeling. All your decisions will be based on it. Not everything you hear is true and we must learn to draw a fine line, put our foot down, and believe in this world and ourselves. Try to keep away from negative news’ from papers, books, and television for a week and notice how open and positive a mind you develop.

A hobby will not only keep you active and busy but, is also a form of expression of who we are and what we are passionate about. In our busy lifestyle, it is necessary to make time for what we love. You tend to understand yourself better and face endeavors with a confidence that shines.
