4. Keep a journal
You may already have one, or may have started one you’re not regular with, or just don’t believe in documenting your past. But, rest assured, going back to old memories and contemplating the seriousness of issues or the lack of it, will amaze you on how you’ve learned to let go of things with time. Re-reading it will make you cry for all that you miss and laugh at your silliness all at the same time. Following this regime religiously will help you go through your difficult times because, as they say, history always repeats itself. It could be your guide to your future problems.
5. Go for an outing with yourself
Those days when we are jobless and bored, we tend to call our friends to hang out, for a drink or for a stroll through busy flea markets, malls or cafes. Why not do it alone for once? When you have someone along, there is no certainty that you are doing an activity that you want to or just because everyone does it. Going out alone can be lonely at first. But the solitude that comes after that is bliss. So go make that reservation in that beautiful restaurant or attend that dance workshop you been longing to sign up for now!
