7. We ignore health by making excuses of being busy
We millennials ignore our health as if it’s someone else’s business to keep us healthy. We make our sedentary lifestyle a scapegoat for not being active. We don’t realise the adverse effects of not exercising when we’re young. Guess we’ll only become wise in our 40s.
8. We do everything in excess – from overeating to excessive talking
Food, when eaten in proportion is proved to be good for health. However, when we overeat, it’s not only heavy on our digestive system, but it also proves as a deterrent to our thinking process. Similarly, talking without putting much thought can cause a slip of the tongue resulting in embarrassment.
