5. Establish a ritual for your body. Doing anything once in a while won’t help much but doing one thing every day for a few minutes will get your body in to practice and habit.
6. Stop scrolling on your digital devices before going to sleep. Limiting screen time will help your brain switch off quicker, which means sleep comes faster.
7. Chuck that power nap that only make you feel good temporarily. It disturbs your sleeping cycle.
8. Consuming bananas and cherries help you calm down and may help you get good sleep.
