7. Lift weights
If you feel stretching and walking isn’t enough, lifting weights can strengthen your back muscles. It will tone your muscles, improve your balance and will increase your bone density.
8. Carrying a heavy bag? Lighten your load
Carrying heavy laptop bags or suitcases are some common reasons for excess back pain. Try distributing weights equally on both sides of your body. Take some weights off your body when going to work or otherwise to reduce pain.
