6. Spicy foods
It’s ok if you like spices. Add them to your favorite dishes and enjoy your meals. But please try to wait for a couple of hours after the gym and do not consume spicy foods right after your exercise program. Spices can lead to indigestion and heartburn since your body and organs work in a different way than usual and you need some time to cool down before you start eating something hot and spicy.
