3. Ginger
This warm spice contains compounds that are quite similar in the anti-inflammatory drugs. It may work against migraines by jamming inflammatory substances known as prostaglandins. Ginger hasn’t been scientifically proved to relieve headache, but even if it doesn’t stop your migraine, it can at least help you relieve the nausea that often comes with it.
4. Flaxseeds
Few headaches are caused by inflammation, which can be reduced by taking omega-3 fatty acids. And flax seeds are a rich source of it.
