19. Honey
This may come as a shock, but honey actually has more calories than regular sugar. A small spoonful of honey has 25 calories, while the same amount of regular sugar only has 16.
It’s never fun to see how unhealthy some of your favorite foods are. But just because something is unhealthy doesn’t mean you have to totally give it up. Moderation is the name of the game.
Then again, it’s difficult to remember that when the TV is on and that pint of ice cream is calling your name…
