Dessert is a rather important part of any meal, especially a nice dinner.
If you’re a true blue Indian, you probably have one family member with a sweet tooth who will end every meal by saying, “kuchh meetha ho jaaye?”

1. Bacon doughnut.
Bacon is great and so are doughnuts, but putting them together? Doesn’t sound too convincing!
2. Chocolate covered crickets.
Just when you thought that everything covered in chocolates was a piece of heaven, this bizarre little dish has arrived to test your faith.
3. Tavuk Göğsü
It’s a sort of milk pudding that’s widely available in Turkey but here’s the twist: the other main ingredient is shredded chicken.
4. Martabak.
A pretty famous sweet dish in Indonesia, this one is yet another unlikely combination made out of chocolate and cheese.
5. Deep-fried Mars bar.
Made in Scotland somewhere in the 1990s, the dish is basically a Mars chocolate bar that is fried in a batter usually used to fry fish or sausages. If you get addicted to these, you should probably keep a cardiologist’s number handy.
6. Wasabi ice cream.
Wasabi, as an ingredient, is known to have a spicey after taste and if often added to dishes that demand a ‘zing’ but that kind of flavour for an ice cream? A scoop of that is truly for the brave.
