9. Luna
This dish is native to Northern Italy and is more like a pizza minus the topping. At first it may look devoid of all the goodness a pizza has to offer but once you slice it and bite into it, you are sure to unravel in its goodness. The luna is stuffed with sliced parma ham that has aged for a few years, mascarpone, black truffle, loads of mozzarella that oozes out when you slice it and white truffle oil.
10. Vanilla cream cheese pudding
This dessert is the perfect combination of vanilla and cream cheese. Prepared using milk, cornstarch, sugar and egg yolks, this mixture is whisked and refrigerated until the mixture thickens. Add a little drama to the pudding by topping it off with strawberry and fresh mint leaf.
